The FlatIron offers nine spacious rooms and suites — accommodations for up to 25 guests, with a mix of four king beds, five queen beds, two roll-away twins, one sleeper sofa, and one daybed.

There are many reasons why guests book this historic hotel in its entirety. Aside from obvious events or retreats, this is an excellent lodging option for families to gather under one roof for Thanksgiving or Christmas ... or for friends to celebrate a New Year's getaway. It's been used for graduation parties, girls' weekends, and to get the best views of local parades from iron balconies on the second floor.

It's also a great way to experience some of Hot Springs' most popular festivals with your favorite people, such as the Fall River Hot Air Balloon Festival. Yes, you'd have off-street parking and would be within walking distance of the evening events. We book up for popular dates early, so plan ahead!

When booking this entire Hot Springs hotel, your group will have exclusive access to all shared spaces including the balconies, library, and courtyard. We'll contact you to get extra information that we may need for insurance purposes. NOTE: If you're planning an organized event, you will need to contact us prior to booking so we can give you event pricing. We do charge extra for events to accommodate associated costs on our end.
